How to back up and restore data

The stand-alone POS software requires you to manually back up frequently to ensure data security.

Back up Data

Login on Restaurant POS Settings

Look for the shortcut on the desktop for this icon or COOLROID folder.

Default login credentials are:

• User : 999

• Password :

Go to Tools Menu then click Backup

Click Browse to choose the folder where you want to back up your data then click Export Data

Restore Data

Login on Restaurant POS Settings

Go to Tools Menu then click Backup

Click Browse to choose the file .jkz where you save it as your data then click Import Data
