How to reset the password of account 999

Open the Restaurant POS system installation directory

Open the C:\COOLROID\Agile\ Tools folder

Click the password reset tool below

The customer service will send a reset authorization string, fill it in the "Authorization" input box, and click the "OK" button.

The password of user 999 is left as blank / empty.
