How to add and delete payment methods

Login on Restaurant POS Settings

Default login credentials are:

  • User : 999

  • Password :

Go to Sales Menu then click Payment

Click the Add button below to add payment method

Setup the payment method info

  1. Name

  2. Maximum amount

  3. Authority

  4. Payment method

  5. Banking fee ratio (only if applicable)

  6. Other features such as Changes

  7. Second currency (only if applicable)

Others:

  1. Open drawer

    1. To automatic open the cash drawer after payment

  2. Remarks required

    1. To add remarks for the payment, usually used in coupons and bank payments

  3. Changes

  4. Employee Meal

  5. Add Tips

  6. Emp Collection

In choosing for payment method:

For Member

  • Payment method to choose is Web VIP Card to Pay

For WeChat and Ali Pay

  • Payment method to choose is Wechat Pay

For Coupon

  • Payment method to choose is Coupon

Click the Save button and restart the Restaurant POS to sync the changes.

Look for the shortcut on the desktop for this icon or COOLROID folder.
