Login on Restaurant POS Settings
Look for the shortcut on the desktop for this icon or COOLROID folder. Go to Device Menu then click Employee Authority
Choose the employee who can receive and operate tips then enable the All Users Ticket
Click the Save button after Go to Sales Menu then click Payment
Choose the payment method you want to Add Tips
Click the Save button after Go to Restaurant Menu then click Macros
Search for number 88 - OVER_CHARGE_MODE then enter on the Value 2
Click the Save button after Seach 59 - TIPS_SUGGEST to set the tip suggestion ratio
Restart the Restaurant POS System to sync the changes.
Go to Restaurant POS and login.
Place an order and proceeed to payment as cash method with excess amount as tip or you can enter the amount of tip / Gratuity
Click the OK button if you will not gonna change the Staff and Graduity / Tips You can also change the Staff by clicking the Search Icon
Check if the tip is listed under the order, Click the Paid Bills button
View tip report
You can view tip report in Daily, Shift and Tips Report located at Manager button
