How to modify the font size of the dishes in the printed kitchen order

Login on Restaurant POS Settings

Look for the shortcut on the desktop for this icon or COOLROID folder.

Default login credentials are:

  • User : 999

  • Password :

Go to Tools Menu then click Receipt Design

Choose the printer size and click the + sign to show other templates

Click Send Order

Click the three fields (one at time) after Begin Item and on the right size on Front Size, choose Double

Click Save button each field after.

Click Send Order (QS) and repeat the process above.

Restart the Restaurant POS System to sync the changes.
