How to set up a printing group for the dishes and print a kitchen order

Setup the printers first at the Printer Wizard before proceeding in this step.

Login on Restaurant POS Settings

Default login credentials are:

  • User : 999

  • Password :

Go to Device Menu then click Printer Settings

You will see the printers you set for kitchen printers

Go back to Device Menu button then click the Printer Group

Setup the printer on printer group if you want to put two or more printer on one group

Example: Set meal you want to print it on Kitchen and Bar for drinks

Click the Add button below to add Set Meal Printer Group then choose the printers for this group.

Restart the Restaurant POS system after saving to sync the changes.

Add printer group per dish

Go to Sales Menu then click Menu Item/Course

Choose the dish you want to add printer group, double click it or click the Edit Item button above.

Choose the printer group for the dish then click the Save button below.

Batch setup for printer group

Go to Sales Menu then click Menu Item/Course

Choose the dish you want to add printer group, drag the arrow button from the first dish until the last dish

Click the Edit Item button above

Enable the Printer Group then choose the printer group from the drop down choices

Restart the Restaurant POS system after saving to sync the changes.

How to set up a printer
Look for the shortcut on the desktop for this icon or COOLROID folder.
Click the Save button to sync the changes.
Click the Set button to save the changes.
Printer group for each dish has been configured.
