# How to clear the default dishes

After installing the latest version of Cashier Ordering System, you will see that there is a default menu inside. If you don't want to mix it on your menu, we have to clear it and the steps below will teach you how.

## Login on Restaurant POS Settings

Default login credentials are:

* User: 999
* Password:

## Go to Restaurant Menu then under the Advanced Settings click the Import Menu Template

## Click the Empty Menu Items and Empty Condiments

After clicking these two, a message box will show asking if you sure to continue because you cannot revert the changes. If you are sure already just click the **Yes** button to complete the process.&#x20;
